These terms apply to the use of this website. They do not change the clinical relationship between the practice and its patients, which is governed by the standards of dental practice in India and by the consent and treatment plan agreed in the operatory.
About the content
The pages here describe a dental practice in Mohali. They are written carefully and reviewed by the clinical lead, but they are not clinical advice. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an examination by a qualified dentist who has seen your case in person.
Booking and consultations
Bookings made through this site are scheduling requests. A consultation in the clinic, or a video consultation for visiting patients, is what creates a clinical relationship. We confirm appointments by phone before the date.
If you need to cancel, please do so by phone or WhatsApp as early as you can. Late cancellations and missed appointments take time away from another patient who needed it.
Intellectual property
Text, photographs, the wordmark, and the layout of this site belong to the practice or to the contributors who made them. Do not copy them onto another commercial site without asking. For non-commercial reference, ordinary fair-use applies.
Links to other sites
Where the site links outward (Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps, or a hotel reference on the NRI page), the destination is run by someone else. We are not responsible for what they do with your visit. Their terms govern your use of those services.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We try to keep the information here accurate and current, but the practice does not warrant that every detail is correct at every moment. The clinical plan that matters is the one Dr Amandeep gives you in writing after seeing you in person.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved by conversation will be resolved in the competent courts at Mohali, Punjab.
